Mommy and Me Paddles
Join a paddle guide and nanny of eight years for Mommy and Me Paddles at Capital SUP this summer! This is hosted at our Nautilus Point location. Mommy and Me Paddles is for ages 3-6 to ride on the front of a SUP or in your lap in your kayak.

Please bring your own child’s life jacket if you have one. We have limited sizes available for kids. Adult life jackets are available! All paddle equipment provided.
Not sure about paddling with your little? You can book a one on one lesson to get comfortable on your board, introduce your little to being out on the water, and get some paddling skills in before a big group event!
