May Day Basket Workshop

Come celebrate spring! Relax and enjoy an abundance of fresh foliage & flowers as we create a May basket for display on May 1, a time-honored tradition. Full of fresh flowers, nestling in a rich bed of textural greens, this basket will beautify your front porch or garden gate, and earn many compliments from friends & neighbors.
Please bring your own basket roughly 12 inches in diameter or 12 inches long.
All other materials will be provided.
Audrey Lengbeyer is a horticulturalist & garden designer with private clients on the eastern shore & Anne Arundel County. She has created May Day baskets and festive Christmas swags, wreaths, planters, & centerpieces for many years for her private and commercial clients. Flowers & foliage are her passion and she looks forward to sharing the festive joy of welcoming spring!
