Mac and Cheese Festival
Don’t miss out on the cheesiest event in Maryland, the Mac and Cheese Festival! Here you can try some of Baltimore‘s best mac and cheese and participate in some cheesy contests. Sample all kinds of mac and cheese that ranges from peppery, crispy with breadcrumbs, or just nice and creamy! Each sample at the festival will be in two to three oz servings, and will work on a voucher system. A sheet of five vouchers can be bought for $10 at the voucher stations all around the festival. Drinks, such as ice cold brews, fine spirits, and soda, as well as sweet treats like ice cream, can be bought on a normal cash and card system.
General admission tickets are $18.19, which earns you entry into the park (from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm). However, VIP tickets are $65.22, which earns you early entry into the festival (from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm). You’ll have access to all you can eat mac and cheese from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm. It also gets you four drink tickets, a free order of french fries, a commemorative keepsake, and a 25% off merchandise coupon.
Children 10 and under are free after 2:00 pm and do not need a ticket.
There will be multiple challenges at the Mac and Cheese Festival, including a mac and cheese eating contest, a cheese fries eating contest, and a Can of Whiz Hold (similar to a beer stein hold). Click here to sign up for the challenges!
