Food historian Joyce M. White brings to life the early cultural influences of Maryland’s cuisine: Native American, African American, German, and British. In this Tavern Talk and Tour, hear about Ms. White’s inspiration for the book and the key cultural influences that formed Maryland’s early foundational cuisine as well as enjoy selected readings.
