Jay Hurtt VI is an American singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and producer born and raised in Lothian, Maryland. Now based in Hawai’i, Jay blends beach-indie and country into his own easy, lived-in sound—warm vocals, lap-steel colors, and coastal rhythms that feel both fresh and familiar.
Skribe is garage folk Americana from the land of pleasant living. Aaron sometimes performs as a one-man band (stomping a suitcase kick drum and strumming an oil can guitar) or with a four-piece alt rock group featuring some of the Chesapeake region’s heaviest of hitters.
