Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with an immersive Peruvian Experience at Caliente Grill—now featured on CBS “Around Town” for showcasing our authentic menu and local, fresh ingredients. Peru is one of the world’s top culinary destinations, and we’re bringing that excellence to Annapolis for one special weekend.
Our Peruvian chef, Martha Quispe, has curated limited-quantity dishes from her home country—crafted with fresh, local produce for peak flavor. A highlight of Peruvian cuisine is Ceviche Peruano: fresh white fish gently “cooked” in citrus with red onion, sweet potato, and corn. We can testify: Chef Martha’s ceviche is the real deal.
