Learn how to harvest, process, and use elderberries to harness their powerful medicine.
This hands-on workshop will include harvesting, de-stemming, and basic processing, as well as insight into growing your own elderberries. We will practice all of these techniques and sample some of Honey’s most popular elderberry products. We’ll also blend fresh juices to make a healing elixir to sample. In addition, you will take home some freshly harvested elderberries and a recipe to get started on your newfound relationship with this extraordinarily healing and nutritive berry!
