Opera AACC is presenting the most widely performed opera of the last 25 years, Dead Man Walking! Dead Man Walking is based on the book by the same name by Sister Helen Prejean. The opera, written by Jake Heggie and Terrence McNally, premiered in 2000 in San Francisco.
