Actors will be asked to try a standard British accent and a British Cockney accent during the readings.
This musical version of A Christmas Carol is unique to The Colonial Players. It was written for the organization in 1981, and has since become a semi-annual tradition. It’s full of life, love, and festiveness. Each time, it’s made special by the people who are involved in the show as they bring a familiar story but ever-changing experience to the audience.
All are welcome at auditions. This show is about embodying acceptance, gratitude, understanding, and humanity. It starts with the casting team extending those ethics towards you.
