Community Fun Day

Annapolis Recreation and Parks is having a Community Fun Day and you’re invited! July is National Park and Recreation Month, and the theme for 2024 is “Where You Belong.” On Saturday, July 20, you belong in Truxtun Park at “Pip” Moyer Recreation Center and Kenneth R. Dunn Municipal Pool for Community Fun Day.
This free event lasts from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, and this year will be better than ever! We’ll have delicious food, plenty of games for children and adults, a petting zoo, pony rides, big trucks to climb on, and that’s not all! There will also be someone walking on stilts, a unicyclist, tumbling for tots, face painting, and fitness classes for adults. There’s free swimming at the pool, and aqua-spin and aqua-trampoline classes, too. And everything is free! It’s a party and we want you here with us. “Pip” Moyer Recreation Center is located at 273 Hilltop Lane, and Dunn Municipal Pool is at 251 Pump House Road. Where else? In Annapolis!
