Colonial Cocktails: Bitters and Booze

Join us and get a *bitter* understanding of bitters, flavorful herby extracts made by steeping plants in liquor. With ancient roots as medicine, bitters pivoted in the 18th century to become the cocktail mix-in we know them as today. Taste the proof yourself with jenever and bitters and a fine bodied punch (with curacao being the bitter highlighted).
