Bluegrass Nutcracker

The Bluegrass Nutcracker features a bar-for-bar rendition of The Nutcracker. It’s played by an eight-piece bluegrass band, Easton’s own Front Porch Orchestra. Before each movement, a zesty narrator recounts ETA Hoffman’s story while poking fun at its often-overlooked ridiculousness.
The Bluegrass Nutcracker will be performed at Live Arts Maryland Studio.
