Back to School Event
Historically, our annual back to school event has been on a Saturday—this year, we are having a two-day event on Thursday, August 20, and Friday, August 21, both from 6:00 pm-8:00 pm. This way, we can reach twice as many people and have twice as many giveaways! Both events will provide 150 free backpacks to the first attendees, and then a center-wide free school supply scavenger hunt. We will also have light refreshments, music, and a free book swap at the check-in area.
We have also invited our stores at our center to provide special services, discounts/sales, promo tables, etc. The event is advertised on our Facebook page. We do not require RSVPs as the giveaways are on a first-come, first-served basis. However, at the event, we do have a check-in table that attendees must check-in at in order to claim their free backpacks and participate in the school supply scavenger hunt.
