A Taste of Arundel Grown celebrates local agriculture by showcasing food, beer, and wine. Anne Arundel County Farmers produce and grow all products.
A Taste of Arundel Grown supports the Maryland Buy Local Challenge (BLC), an annual statewide initiative that encourages all Marylanders to support local farmers by purchasing locally produced farm products during “Buy Local Week,” held July 19 through July 29 in 2024.
Your ticket will give you access to:
- An expansive menu featuring meat and produce from local farms and an array of unique small plates. Each plate uses local ingredients by Bread and Butter Kitchen (owner and chef Monica Alvarado).
- Two glasses of local white wine, red wine, or craft beer.
- One-of-a-kind gift bags filled with giveaways and coupons. They’ll also include information on when and where you can buy local producers’ products all year long.
- Live music
As a bonus, a portion of all proceeds will be donated to the Southern High School chapter of Future Farmers of America (FFA), meaning that your attendance will he helping support the future of agriculture in Anne Arundel County.
