A Midsummer Night’s Dream

“A Midsummer Night’s Dream” is Shakespeare at his most playfully chaotic. Four young lovers wander into the woods, where a group of fairies—who really should not be in charge of anything—decide to intervene in their relationships. Thanks to one well-meaning but unreliable sprite, everyone ends up briefly in love with the wrong person. Meanwhile, a troupe of very sincere (and very untalented) actors attempt to stage a play.
By morning, things are mostly sorted out, dignity is lightly bruised, and the whole experience feels a bit like a dream no one can quite explain.
This show will be performed at Historic London Town & Gardens. Get your tickets here!
