Celebrate Asian Lantern Festival with Exclusive Neon Gods Dance, performances, and fun culture activities!
Celebrated in many Asian countries, the Lantern Festival marks a major celebration on the 15th of the first month of 2024 lunar calendar year. Our event on Saturday 02/17 afternoon at beautiful F Scott Fitzgerald Theatre will feature exclusive Neon Gods dance, music & performances, magic show, and a variety of fun activities including interactive puppet show, ‘Spring’ character paper cutting, story telling & photo booth and so much more!
This family and kids friendly event is organized by the Rockville Sister Cities Corporation in partnership with WQER 96.7 FM Rockville ratio station (WQER.org), Asian American Chamber of Commerce and the Chinese Culture Institute (CC-I.org).
