Are you seeking some excitement? Participating in a BMX race will give you the adrenaline rush you’ve been searching for. When the starting gate opens, you and 7 other bike racers will charge full speed on the course. The massive speeds, big jumps, sharp turns and deep backsides create a feeling of emotion you won’t forget.
USA BMX will be hosting the East Coast Nationals at the Chesapeake BMX, located at the Severn-Danza Athletic Park, from October 11 to 13.
With age groups from six and under to 40 and over, the East Coast Nationals has races for everyone! Riders accrue points through a scoring system at each event they partake in. Scoring is based on the rider’s finish (position out of eight racers) and tallied annually over the races they compete in. Points are earned in both state and national competitions.

On June 17, 2011 the ABA and NBL, two separate BMX leagues, joined forces to create USA BMX. Headquartered in Gilbert, AZ, USA BMX has over 375 sanctioned tracks across the US, serving as the main governing body for its 70,000-plus members.
